Poland's ZChP seals contract deal with Belarusian Potash Company

LONDON (ICIS)--Poland's Zaklady Chemiczne Police (ZChP) has concluded a contract to purchase potash worth zlotych 85m (Zl) ($29.8m, €21.1m) from Belarusian Potash Company (BPC), ZChP said on Friday.

Deliveries from BPC would start imminently with the final potash batch to be delivered to ZChP, located in Police near the northwestern Baltic Sea coast of Poland, by September, it added.

ZChP, a producer of multi-component fertilizers, is Poland's second-largest fertilizer producer and is set to come under the majority control of the Polish Zaklady Azotowe Tarnow (ZAT) group.
