HOUSTON (ICIS)--ConocoPhillips made several appointments to the executive management team of its pending downstream company, Phillips 66, the US-based company said on Wednesday.
Greg Maxwell will be the chief financial officetr (CFO) of Phillips 66. He is currently the CFO of Chevron Phillips Chemical (CP Chem).
Tim Taylor will lead commercial, marketing, transportation and business development for Phillips 66. He recently retired from CP Chem as the chief operating officer.
Chantal Veevaete will run human resources for Phillips 66. She is the currently a vice president, human resources, for the Accredo division of Medco Health Solutions.
Greg Garland was previously chosen to serve as chairman and CEO of Phillips 66.
Taylor will join ConocoPhillips in January 2012. Maxwell and Veevaete will join the company in February 2012.
The three will serve in interim roles, reporting to Garland, until the repositioning is complete, the company said.
ConocoPhillips’s repositioning should be complete by the second quarter of 2012.
