MOVES: Alireza to replace Elman as CEO of Hong Kong's Noble

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Yusuf Alireza will become chief executive of the Nobel Group, replacing Richard Elman, the Hong Kong based trading firm said on Monday.

Alireza, a former Asian co-president of Goldman Sachs, will also take a board member role with Noble.

Elman will step down as part of the company’s succession plan.

The company’s management changes will be effective on 16 April.

Noble Group is a commodities trading company involved in polymers and petrochemicals as well as agriculture, energy and metals.
