PotashCorp sets maintenance for Trinidad ammonia plant

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Canada's Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan said on Thursday that it would shut down one of its ammonia plants in Trinidad on 3 March for scheduled maintenance.

PotashCorp's 556,000 tonne/year 02 ammonia plant in Trinidad's Point Lisas Industrial Complex will be returned to service on 25 March, the company said.

PotashCorp operates four ammonia plants in Trinidad that have a total production capacity of 2.17m tonnes/year.
