SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Indonesia's Pertamina is planning to restart its slackwax unit in Balikpapan on 7 April following a brief turnaround, a company source said on Wednesday.

The plant, which has a nameplate capacity of 2,100 tonnes/month, was shut at the end of March for maintenance, the source added, without providing a specific date for the shutdown.

Pertamina mainly produces semi-refined wax at the plant, according to the source.
