Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals eyes end-June shutdown at Osaka MMA plant

BRISBANE (ICIS)--Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals is planning to shut its 40,000 tonne/year methyl methacrylate (MMA) plant at Sakai in Osaka in end-June for scheduled maintenance, a company source said on Friday.
The turnaround will take about a month to complete, the source said.
