SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Polyethylene Malaysia plans to restart its 120,000 tonne/year high density and linear low density polyethylene (HDPE/LLDPE) line at Kerteh on 16 July following a 10-day shutdown, sources close to the company said on Monday.

The line located at the eastern coast of Malaysia was shut because of a minor technical glitch, the sources said.

The company’s other HDPE line with a 120,000 tonne/year capacity at the site was not affected and has been running at full capacity, they said.
