SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Kuwait Petroleum Corp (KPC) has sold by tender a 50,000-tonne full-range naphtha cargo at a premium of $27.00-28.00/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), traders said on Friday.

The parcel, loading on 16-17 August, fetched a premium which is 37.5% higher than KPC’s last sale at plus $20.00/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB.

“Based on the current up trend, it is expected that the premium is in the high $20s/tonne level,” a Singapore-based trader said.
