SINGAPORE (ICIS)--PetroChina has settled its September contract price for Daqing and Jidong crude at yuan (CNY) 5,760/tonne ($907/tonne) or $123.99/bbl inclusive of tax, up by CNY527/tonne or 10% from August, a company source said on Thursday.

The price hike is in line with firming crude values in the international markets, the source added.

Daqing and Jidong crude account for 38% of PetroChina’s total crude output.

PetroChina’s September settlement prices for Huabei, Dagang and Changqing crude, on the other hand, surged by CNY450-550/tonne from August, the source said.
