HOUSTON (ICIS)--Phillips 66’s Alliance refinery in Louisiana is expected to be operating by mid-month after it was flooded by Hurricane Isaac, the company said on Thursday.
The 247,000 bbl/day refinery in Belle Chasse lost power early on 5 September and it was restored at the refinery late that same day, the company said.
According to Phillips 66, the loss of electricity slowed the restart of the refinery, but personnel are now in the process of safely bringing the refinery back on line.
