As part of the agreement, Air Liquide will invest more than €70m ($91m) in an air separation unit (ASU) with a production capacity of 1,500 tonnes of oxygen per day, the company said in a statement.
The new ASU, to be designed and manufactured by Air Liquide teams based in
KGHM Polska Miedz is the tenth-largest producer of copper in the world, it said.
