HOUSTON (ICIS)--CITGO will begin planned maintenance at its Corpus Christi refinery in Texas, according to an advisory made available on Monday.
Both the East and West plant facilities and the 163,000 bbl/day refinery will undergo maintenance, according to an advisory by the Corpus Christi/Nueces County Local Emergency Planning Committee.
During the shutdown period, intermittent flaring is possible, the advisory said.
A company spokesman declined to comment further on the details of the maintenance work, but said more updates will be made available soon.
