India’s HMEL offers by tender late October/early November naphtha

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL) has issued a tender to sell 16,000-18,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Mumbai during 28 October-2 November, traders said on Tuesday.

The tender closes on 17 October, they added.

HMEL is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) and Mittal Energy Investment. Each company holds a 49% stake in HMEL, while the remaining 2% interest is held by financial institutions.
