MOVES: AkzoNobel appoints Keijzer as executive committee member

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--AkzoNobel announced on Thursday the appointment of Conrad Keijzer, the current managing director of its industrial coatings business, as a member of the company’s executive committee.

The appointment will take effect on 1 January 2013, the company said in a statement.

Keijzer will succeed Leif Darner in representing the performance coatings division in the executive committee.

Meanwhile, AkzoNobel said it will also appoint Werner Fuhrmann as the official executive committee member responsible for speciality chemicals, a position Fuhrmann currently holds on an interim basis.
