HOUSTON (ICIS)--Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES) expects its refinery in Pennsylvania to be back at normal operations, although running at reduced capacity, the company said on Wednesday.

The 335,000 bbl/day site in Philadelphia began reducing operating rates on Monday in preparation for the storm, said the company, which is a joint venture between The Carlyle Group and Sunoco.

The company said the refinery will run at reduced rates until waterborne crude deliveries resume.
