US Valero restarts FCC at Texas refinery after fire last week

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US refiner Valero has restarted the fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit at its Port Arthur refinery in Texas, the company said on Tuesday.

The FCC unit was shut down after a fire at the pump last week.

The Port Arthur refinery has a capacity of 292,000 bbl/day.
