SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Thai Fatty Alcohols is currently ramping up production at its 100,000 tonne/year plant in Thailand’s Rayong province after restarting the unit late last week, a source close to the company said on Wednesday.
The source did not provide details on the current operating rate of the plant.
The plant was taken off line on 30 October for a scheduled maintenance.
Thai Fatty Alcohols is owned by Thai Oleochemicals, a subsidiary of PTT Chemical.
