SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Brazil has started an anti-dumping investigation into liquid epoxy resins (LER) imported from China, according to a statement released by China’s Ministry of Commerce on 8 January.

Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) announced on 3 January that it will use Taipei’s prices as the benchmark for LER imports from China.

MDIC will also issue questionnaires to major Chinese exporters as part of the investigation, according to the statement.

Companies can apply to participate in the investigation within 20 days from 3 January, China’s Ministry of Commerce added.
