SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Nan Ya Plastics successfully hit full operating capacity on Friday at its new maleic anhydride (MA) plant which started commercial production earlier in the week, a company source said.
The new butane-feedstock MA plant is in Mailiao and has a nameplate capacity of 60,000 tonnes/year.
The company has started offering its molten material to the Taiwan domestic and export markets at current market prices, the source said.
