SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Sinopec Kantons Holdings has completed the acquisition of a 95% interests in Indonesia’s PT West Point Terminal on 19 March, the Hong Kong-listed logistic and trading company announced late on Tuesday.
The Indonesia company mainly engages in development and operation of an approximately 2,600,000-cubic-meter crude oil and petroleum products storage and oil blending complex, and other ancillary facilities in the West Point Maritime Industrial Park of Batam Island.
Sinopec Kantons aims to expand its business in Indonesia through the acquisition.
