HOUSTON (ICIS)--US jet fuel inventories rose as consumption was basically flat week on week, a government agency’s report showed on Wednesday.
Inventories rose to 39.4m bbl for the week ending 29 March, up from 38.6m bbl the previous week.
Jet fuel consumption only gained 5,000 bbl/day to 1.318m bbl/day, the EIA said.
Meanwhile, production rates increased by 28,000 bbl/day to 1.566m bbl/day.
