SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shenyang Paraffin Chemical plans to restart its 100,000 tonne/year linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant in Liaoning province on 25 April, a company source said on Wednesday.
The plant was shut in early April for maintenance, the source added.
Local distributors said the restart would have limited impact on the market because of its relatively small capacity.
