SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japan’s largest refiner, JX Nippon Oil & Energy plans to have a full shutdown of its 180,000 bbl/day Muroran refinery in mid-May for scheduled maintenance, a company source said on Friday.
The Muroran refinery, which is located on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido, will be shutdown on 13 May and is scheduled to restart on 8 June, the source added.
