LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Monday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

BENZENE: $1,370-1,385/tonne, up $15/tonne
Europe May offers moved up to $1,385/tonne, while June was valued at $1,355-1,385/tonne. Although sources said the benzene market was quiet, more buyers than sellers were seen during the morning session.

STYRENE: $1,590-1,615/tonne, up $30-35/tonne
European styrene was actively traded according to market sources, with industry buying. May traded in a $1,590-1,615/tonne price range. June was bid at $1,600/tonne.
