SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Luoyang Petrochemical shut its 140,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant on 10 May in Henan province for about 10 days of regular maintenance, a company source said.
The plant was producing biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) grade before the turnaround, the source added.
The company has a separate 80,000 tonne/year PP plant at the same site, and it is running at 100% capacity.
