SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Sinopec Anqing has delayed the start-up of its new 5m tonne/year crude distillation unit (CDU) and several auxiliary units at Anqing in Anhui province to late August, a company source said on Monday.
It was postponed because preparation work has been scheduled for later than usual, according to the source.
The auxiliary units comprise a 2m tonne/year fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit, a 1.5m tonne/year continuous catalytic reformer unit and an 800,000 tonne/year gasoline desulphurisation unit, according to the source.
