SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea's Samsung Total has bought a 25,000-tonne open-spec naphtha cargo for delivery to Daesan in the first half of September, traders said on Thursday.
The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of around $6.50/tonne (€4.88/tonne) to Japan quotes CFR (cost & freight), they added.
Samsung Total is operating its 1m tonne/year cracker in Daesan at 100% of capacity, according to traders.
