Malaysia’s Lotte Chem Titan restarts naphtha cracker after outage

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Lotte Chemical Titan Holding has restarted its 285,000 tonne/year naphtha cracker in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, on 13 August after an outage of more than a week at the unit, a company source said on Wednesday.

The source declined to comment on the current operating rates of the cracker.

Flaring was seen at Lotte Chemical Titan’s production site on 5 August.
