India’s ONGC sells 35,000 tonnes naphtha for early September

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Indian state-owned refiner Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has sold by tender a 35,000 tonne naphtha cargo for loading from Hazira on 7-8 September, traders said on Thursday.

The buyer was Chinese trading firm Unipec, they added.

The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $26.50/tonne (€19.90/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), the traders said.

ONGC previously sold by tender a 35,000 tonne naphtha cargo, for loading from Hazira on 27-28 August, to Unipec at a premium of $22.50/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB.
