SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Malaysia’s BASF PETRONAS Chemicals will cease marketing and sales activities for part of its plasticizers business in Asia Pacific by the end of this year, a company source said on Wednesday.
Marketing and sales activities of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate business will stop in end-December, the source said without elaborating on the reason for this move.
“We will continue to optimize and improve our offering as a key supplier of other plasticizer products in Asia Pacific,” the source said.
