India’s MRPL sells 35,000 tonnes naphtha for 8-10 October

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has sold by tender a 35,000 tonne naphtha
cargo for loading from New Mangalore on 8-10 October, traders said on Thursday.
Trading firm PetroDiamond was awarded the tender, they added.
The deal for the cargo was done at Middle East quotes FOB (free on board) pricing plus $29/tonne (€22/tonne), traders said.
MRPL previously sold by tender
a 35,000 tonne naphtha cargo for loading from New Mangalore on 1-3 October.
Japanese trading firm Idemitsu bought the cargo at a premium of $26/tonne (€20/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB.By: Felicia Loo
