Akzo Nobel restarts China amines complex on 20 September: sources

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Dutch producer Akzo Nobel’s 80,000 tonne/year amines complex at Ningbo in China’s Zhejiang province is scheduled to resume operations on 20 September, industry sources said on Tuesday.

The facility was shut for regular turnaround since 9 August.
