SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Capro Corp will be shutting down its three caprolactam (capro) lines in Ulsan for annual maintenance from 10 October, a company source said on Tuesday.
The three lines, with a total production capacity of 270,000 tonnes/year, will off line for two weeks, the source said.
“Supply will not be affected as we have prepared sufficient inventory before our annual maintenance schedule,” the company source said.
Capro Corp mainly supplies to the domestic South Korean market.
