SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Changzhou Qinghong Chemical shut down its 50,000 tonne/year phthalic anhydride (PA) unit in Jiangsu province over the weekend because of equipment failure, a company source said on Monday.
The unit in Changzhou city is undergoing maintenance, the source said, but added that the plant's restart date has yet to be set.
