LONDON (ICIS)--Dow Chemical’s No 1 cracker at Terneuzen, in the Netherlands, has been shut down for maintenance that will last 2-3 weeks, a company source said on Friday.

This is the late-planned maintenance that was originally scheduled to take place in August.

The cracker is the smallest of three owned and operated by Dow and has the capacity to produce 580,000 tonnes/year of ethylene, according to ICIS data.
