SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Ming Dih Group has tentatively scheduled a maintenance for its expandable polystyrene (EPS) unit in Kaohsiung in the third quarter of next year, a company source said on Tuesday.
“The 180,000 tonne/year unit is expected to be shut for up to two weeks,” the source said.
The company operates another 100,000 tonne/year EPS unit in southern China and a 40,000 tonne/year plant in Thailand.
