LONDON (ICIS)--A second major producer has agreed a March propylene contract price at a rollover of €1,130/tonne, it said on Tuesday.
It said it had agreed with two customers, the initial non-integrated consumer and a major integrated consumer. Confirmation from the latter is pending.
Neither of the two major producers involved in the March propylene settlements were involved in the initial ethylene March settlement at €1,180/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe).
A rollover was reflective of a combination of factors, but primarily relatively stable feedstock and a steady, albeit still somewhat tight situation on supply, according to the initial major producer.
