US Arsenal buys energy-production chemical firm Danlin

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Danlin Industries from Hastings Equity Partners, Arsenal announced on Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Danlin provides production chemicals, capillary services and completion chemical solutions to oil and gas exploration and production companies, US private equity firm Arsenal said in a news release.

The Danlin announcement came after Arsenal disclosed earlier in the day that it had purchased oilfield chemical company Kel-Tech.
