China issues the 8th batch of companies allowed to import waste plastic

SINGAPORE (ICIS)–China released the names of the eighth batch of companies allowed to import plastic wastes on 16 March, with quotas sharply lowered compared to allowed volumes in the previous year, according to China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection.
China approved plastic wastes import quota (in tonnes):
