Russia’s Kazanorgsintez to restart third LDPE line this weekend

MOSCOW (MRC)–Kazanorgsintez plans to resume low density polyethylene (LDPE) production at its third line this weekend after a scheduled turnaround, according to an MRC Price Report.

The company, subsidiary of TAIF Group, extended maintenance works at the third LDPE line for one week.

The turnaround at the second line will last until 20 October.

The plant’s LDPE production capacity is 225,000 tonnes/year. It is based in Kazan, Tatarstan.
