Ukraine’s PVC imports down 33% in January-September, exports fall 6%

MOSCOW (MRC)–Imports of suspension polyvinyl chloride (SPVC) into Ukraine fell by 33% in January-September, year on year, to 35,500 tonnes, according to an MRC’s DataScope report.
Ukraine’s PVC exports dropped by 6% to 119,400 tonnes.
European producers, with a market share of 68%, were the key suppliers of resin to the Ukrainian market.
US producers, with 32%, were the second largest.
