Ukrainia’s PP imports flat in 2019

MOSCOW (MRC)–Ukraine’s polypropylene (PP) imports stood at 132,000 tonnes in 2019, flat year on year, although sales of PP block copolymers to overseas markets increased, according to a DataScope report.

By products, imports of homopolymer PP stood at 100,200 tonnes, slightly down compared to 100,600 tonnes in 2018.

PP block copolymers imports stood at 14,000 tonnes in 2019, up from 13,400 tonnes a year earlier.

Imports of PP random copolymers stood at 1,900 tonnes for the year, down from 2,400 tonnes in 2019.
