Damini Dabholkar

SINGAPORE (ICIS)–The Asian and Middle East MDI markets continued to face bearish sentiment in Q4 2023. Most restocking for co-product adipic acid was also largely over for the year. In this podcast, ICIS editors Damini Dabholkar, Shannen Ng and Josh Quah discuss recent market conditions with an outlook ahead in Asia.

  • Asia MDI sees bearish sentiment amid poor downstream PU demand
  • Mideast MDI market influenced to a large extent by regional cargo
  • Asia adipic acid to see low demand during winter lull, restocking in Q1 next year
