M&G seeks to
sell two US PET plants in Texas, W
Virginia
A US subsidiary of Mossi & Ghisolfi
(M&G) filed a motion in bankruptcy court to
begin the sales process for some of its assets
in the US, including
its polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) plants
in Texas and West Virginia.
US Dec BD fully
settles down 13%
US December butadiene (BD) contracts reached a
full settlement at a decline of 13%, sources
confirmed on Tuesday.

propylene contracts begin settling up 1
cent/lb
US November propylene contracts began
settling on Wednesday at an increase of 1
cent/lb from the previous month, although the
settlement is not yet marketwide.

higher on Thursday following upward movement
in propylene feedstock contracts.

from the prior month, market sources said on
Friday, but the settlement is not yet
marketwide.

benzene contracts settle higher on tight
supply
US benzene contracts for December
settled higher as supply limitations kept spot
prices at elevated levels throughout the month
of November, ICIS confirmed on Friday.
