INTERACTIVE: US ethanol supplies fall week on week

HOUSTON (ICIS)–US ethanol supplies fell last week, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday.

Supplies fell to 23.897m bbl from 24.130m bbl the prior week. Year on year, supplies are 13.6% stronger than 21.034m bbl.

Consumption rose to 0.940m bbl/day from 0.933m bbl/day the prior week. Year on year, consumption is 1.6% stronger than 0.925m bbl/day.

Production rose to 1.024m bbl/day from 1.011m bbl/day the prior week. Year on year, production is 1.4% weaker than 1.039m bbl/day.
