ICIS is implementing a process of rolling consultation on all of its methodologies. This consultation paper is part of this formal process and covers all of the ICIS primary price points included in the propylene glycol ethers weekly publications.
The consultation asks both general questions about the suitability of the ICIS methodology and questions addressing specific propylene glycol ethers market issues.

Summary of responses
There was one formal response to consultation GMC 16/15, in which the respondent requested confidentiality.
The response requested more information on feedstocks to aid in forecasting, but no changes to the methodology.
ICIS Decision
ICIS will not be proposing any immediate changes to the methodology of the propylene glycol ethers report. Any decision to change this methodology will be communicated to subscribers using the usual channels and with the usual notice period.
ICIS continues to welcome any feedback on its propylene glycol ethers methodology outside of the formal consultation process.
