Risks/Issues raised to the Compliance Team will be recorded within the Compliance Risk and Issues Log, which must be stored within a secure area where access limited to the Compliance Team and a limited number of IT support staff. Audit Policy

The Risk and Issues Log encompass both risks and issues within the same document as a risk may turn into an issue, if the conditions that give rise to the risk occur. This allows for a full overview of the development of an identified risk to an issue, and could mean that the mitigating actions identified as part of the risk management approach might be appropriate to address the issue.
