ACER published a third version of its REMIT Q&A on Wednesday evening. It is an easy-read guide on the who, what, when, where of REMIT.

One date to look out for is 17 March when the list of contracts that must be reported under the regulation is 17 March. This will include on standard industry contracts traded through brokers.
